1. Our Commitment
DOXNPLAY operates as a prediction market and peer-to-peer challenge platform. We encourage responsible use. We believe prediction markets and P2P challenges are a legitimate form of entertainment and skill expression — but only when approached responsibly. We have built tools and safeguards to help users stay in control of their activity and spending. If you ever feel that your engagement with the platform is causing harm to yourself or others, we urge you to use the tools available to you or contact our support team immediately.
2. Who Can Use DOXNPLAY
DOXNPLAY is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We verify ages during registration and reserve the right to request additional identity verification at any time. If you are under 18, you must not use this platform. If you are a parent or guardian and suspect a minor has accessed DOXNPLAY, contact us immediately at support@doxnplay.com and we will close the account and return any funds. We use industry-standard safeguards to detect and prevent underage access, but we also rely on responsible adults to ensure minors in their household do not access prediction platforms.
3. Responsible Use Tools
We provide the following tools accessible from your Account Settings under "Responsible Use": (a) Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Increases require a 24-hour cooling period before taking effect; reductions are immediate. (b) Stake Limits — cap the maximum amount you can commit on any single market or challenge. (c) Spend Limits — set a maximum net spend threshold over a rolling period. Once reached, you will be unable to place new entries until the period resets. (d) Session Time Reminders — receive notifications after a set duration of active use. (e) Cooling-Off Periods — take a break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account is restricted from participating, but you can still withdraw your balance. (f) Self-Exclusion — permanently or indefinitely close your account. See Section 5 for details.
4. Recognising Unhealthy Use
Platform use becomes a concern when it interferes with your finances, relationships, work, or mental health. Warning signs include: spending more than you can afford; depositing repeatedly to recover losses; borrowing money to fund platform activity; neglecting responsibilities due to platform use; feeling anxious or irritable when not on the platform. If you recognise any of these signs in yourself, please use the tools in Section 3 or contact us for support. You do not need to be in crisis to ask for help — early action makes a real difference.
5. Self-Exclusion
If you need to stop using DOXNPLAY entirely, you can self-exclude from your Account Settings > Responsible Use > Self-Exclude. You may choose a fixed period (3 months, 6 months, 1 year) or indefinite exclusion. During self-exclusion: you cannot log in, participate, or deposit; your pending entries remain locked until outcomes resolve normally; your wallet balance can be withdrawn at any time by contacting support@doxnplay.com. To reverse a fixed-period self-exclusion, you must wait until the period expires and then submit a written request to support@doxnplay.com — there is a mandatory 7-day reflection period before reinstatement. We take self-exclusion seriously and will not send you any promotional communications during the exclusion period.
6. Protecting Vulnerable Users
Our support team is trained to recognise signs of unhealthy platform use. We may proactively reach out to users who show patterns of concern — such as frequent large losses, rapid successive entries, or sudden increases in activity. We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, impose temporary restrictions on accounts where we believe a user may be at risk of harm. These restrictions are a protective measure and are not a penalty. We will notify the user and provide an opportunity to discuss the account status. Users who feel they have been unfairly restricted may contact support@doxnplay.com.
7. Underage Prevention
We strongly encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software to block access to prediction platforms for minors. Recommended tools include: Net Nanny (netnanny.com), Bark (bark.us), and Circle (meetcircle.com). If you share a device with a minor, please log out of DOXNPLAY after each session and enable device-level parental controls. We also recommend that you do not share your login credentials with anyone. DOXNPLAY is not responsible for underage access resulting from a user sharing their credentials or failing to secure their device.
8. Platform as Entertainment
DOXNPLAY is designed for entertainment and skill-based prediction — not as a source of income or a financial strategy. Only commit amounts you can genuinely afford. Never use funds allocated for rent, food, bills, or other essentials. You are competing against other users and no prediction strategy guarantees consistent returns. Past results do not indicate future outcomes.

For responsible use concerns, contact our dedicated team at responsible@doxnplay.com. This inbox is monitored 7 days a week and is separate from general support to ensure priority handling. If you wish to set limits, take a break, or self-exclude and need help accessing the tools in settings, email us and we will action it on your behalf within 2 hours during operating hours. No judgement. No questions beyond what is needed to help you. Your privacy is respected throughout.
